Na Cip na Ehún (na CE) - NWO Identity Chips

Keywords: NWO, law enforcement, government, society

One of the most well-known and famously dystopian aspects of New World Order society is the mandatory use of implanted identity chips in human beings. It is a particularly invasive measure, and virtually symbolic of the NWO's government overreach, disregard for human rights, and heavy handed social control. It is also very important to understand what these devices can and can't do before venturing into NWO territory, because it is very hard to go for too long without being chipped, and the general public can have some very erroneous ideas of what these devices are actually capable of, alternating between overestimating and underestimating the actual danger.

It should be noted that while some correctly view chipping as an invasion of privacy and an egregious tool of state control, this is not a majority view, as most people just accept it, and some people even like the chipping system, viewing it as a convenience and something that makes society more secure - these are typically, of course, people with greater degree of privilege in society who are more likely to have a positive view of chipping (na cipysyn).

History and Legal Status

The first NWO identity chips (naz cip na ehún, often abbreviated as naz CE, borrowed from the English word "chip") came out in the late 2040s, and were an evolution and standardization of chips that had been rolled out by various pre-NWO states for purposes like accessing banking information and contact tracing and confirmation of vaccination status for public health, or to foil kidnappers.

As odd as it may seem, many of these early implanted chips were completely voluntary. The first NWO chips were also voluntary, and there were other options, both electronic and even static documents that citizens could use to identify themselves and access services, both public and private. Early NWO chips were sold as a convenience and a service.

Through the 2050s, the CE technology, provided by a small oligopoly of three Cascadian, Taiwanese and South Chinese chip manufacturers, went through a number of iterations of refinement to improve reliability, range, speed, security, flexibility of use, amount and type of information that could be stored, tolerability to the body, and service life.

The chips reached saturation of voluntary adoption by the late 2050s, with more voluntary adoption by people in cities and the better off. By this point, it was obvious to the NWO government the great potential for this technology for a host of applications, including banking, public health, day-to-day governance and especially security, and the Senate began to seriously take up proposals to make chipping mandatory. The opposition to the proposal was mostly based on the logistics and cost, and the potential for such a system to create grave vulnerabilities if criminals or trols discovered and exploited flaws in the chips.

However, by 2063, after years of more and more coercive tactics to get people to take up the chips voluntarily, the "na kofit na Rus" pandemic, "Russian Covid," that had broken out the year before was the final impetus to cross the line into making the chips mandatory to facilitate contact tracing and verification of vaccine status.

In the modern NWO, being chipped is mandatory. When unchipped people are discovered, either in a remote area of a Protectorate, where children might be born and live for quite a while before coming into contact with NWO officials, or as visitors from the Free States, they are required to submit to being chipped, and resisting chipping is a crime. As Trafalgar has alluded to, then, if you are visiting the NWO you have a choice to make (which under the wrong circumstances might be made for you) - to present yourself voluntarily to be chipped, allowing you to move around fairly licitly, or to seek to avoid being chipped, requiring you to be extremely careful in your movements and actions (more on that below) and risking punishment if you are discovered having deliberately avoiding being chipped.

Chipping is normally performed in infancy with a children's chip that contains less information and functionality, with an adult chip being implanted sometime after the child is mostly fully grown and generally before the age of majority, which is 18 throughout the NWO. Implantation is broadly similar to body piercing, to give an analogy that may be relatable to British people, and is performed in NWO prefecture offices, either permanent or mobile, as only NWO officials have access to the technology and encryption keys to program and reprogram the chips.

It is highly illegal to attempt any unauthorized reprogramming of a CE, to attempt to spoof a CE in any way, or to steal one (a bland way to refer to a gruesome act), and the level of current chip technology is such that it is also inordinately difficult to try and defeat the system this way.

Technology

Modern CEs are essentially high frequency RFID chips. The are passive, meaning that they derive the power to operate from incoming RF signals and do not possess a power source of their own. This is an important design consideration to make the chips affordable to produce for the relatively impoverished NWO, long-lasting and unobtrusive.

There are a couple of important points that come from this. The particular technology that the NWO uses has a reading range of about a metre. The signals pass well through human bodies and most materials but can be blocked by significant amounts of metal.

So, many people have the misconception that the NWO can track people wherever they go through their chips, as through they were powered OHH devices (OHH refers to na Onpas Hefolysyn Hilin, the NWO's satellite navigation system similar to the historical American GPS system), but this is not the case. Certainly the NWO can compel individuals of interest to carry such devices, including having them implanted, but this is neither practical nor affordable on a large scale, especially as it adds the need for a battery. The NWO security forces can use this misconception and the overestimation of their capabilities that comes with it to very good effect.

However, the actual usage to track people is nearly as nefarious. Governments can place their own readers throughout public places, as well as using the readers of businesses, who are of course compelled to cooperate, to constantly scan everyone who goes by and create a database of people's movements. If you are a person of interest to the security forces and you inadvertently let yourself be scanned, they can be instantly apprised of your current location. Because so many services depend on you being scanned, it is therefore very difficult and deeply inconvenient to avoid the law when needed, if they are interested in you for some reason.

Scanners can triangulate the locations of chips they detect within their range, and combined with cameras, are pretty efficient at identifying anyone who passes by close enough to be scanned. Scanning is very fast and the speed of the technology is essentially not limiting to its use for surveillance.

The chips are about the size of a grain of rice and coated in biocompatible borosilicate glass, with a coating designed to promote bonding with human tissues and to make removal difficult. If an implant malfunctions, it's more normal to add an additional one than to try and replace the old one. They used to be embedded in the hand, but that practice was discontinued due to the rash of criminals cutting off people's hands to try and steal their chips. Today, the chips are typically embedded in the fascia of the chest. This has led to more straight-forward murder as the favoured tactic of chip thieves, but improvements to the technology that makes it difficult to usefully employ stolen chips has much reduced that sort of crime. Of much greater interest to criminals and thieves is to get their hands on blank chips from corrupt NWO officials and have them fraudulently programmed - also a difficult endeavour.

The chips use encryption signed by an NWO private key. They have a unique ID number which they will reveal to any reader, including a privately-owned one. The CE technology has a concept originally called "opting" in English (called "te okke" in Common, from the English "OK") that allows the bearer to control how much the chip reveals and what actions it authorises. Okke is required for the chip to reveal further identification information to non-government actors, however, with the ID alone, a business owner can build up their own database profile on an individual and perform valuable tracking. One example is that if a person is banned from a business, it is very easy to enforce that by scanning at the door.

It is quite normal for businesses and even homes to use chip scanning to control electronic locks, typically with a combination of scanning the chip ID, which can be looked up in a database, and confirmed with an okke if security is at all important.

The ID number is not the only piece of information the chip will reveal to the public without the requirement for okke. They will also broadcast vaccination status and other information relevant to preventing the spread of communicable diseases that anyone within range can read, which while admittedly effective from a public health perspective also leads to major concerns around medical privacy.

Finally, in terms of publicly broadcast information, the chip may also reveal restrictions or criminal sanctions you are under (only if you have been captured and had your chip reprogrammed, of course. The chips cannot be reprogrammed remotely except using special equipment that is generally only kept in the custody of certain NWO officials, and the reprogramming can only be done within the 1 m range of the technology). For example, a person who committed a crime but was released from custody could have had their chip programmed to reveal a warning to anyone who scans the chip, a very dire ongoing punishment as a sort of technological red letter.

The chip holds a variety of information besides the aforementioned chip ID number and health information. Protected by opting (but fully available to government agents without your knowledge or permission) is your name, place and date of birth, gender, your NWO ID number, which is distinct from the chip ID, the issuing authority that implanted the chip, the issuing authority that last updated the chip, a biometric signature (typically several fingerprints), a DNA signature, a personal identification number to use for opting in some instances, user preferences for the level of opting required for some actions, criminal sanctions the government wants to be instantly visible to itself but chooses not to make visible to the public, and certain special government authorizations, the most common one being authorization to operate a vehicle.

It is important to remember that the security forces, businesses, etc., anyone who wants to trace you, are not completely dependent on information they can pull directly from the protected part of the chip, since they can index the chip number to their own databases. While electrification is spotty at best in the Order, except in the most upscale urban settings, mobile internet is reliable and ubiquitous and mobile devices that access it are battery powered. So people reading your chip often have access to a wealth of information without needing to be able to read anything off the chip other than the chip ID.

Literally any private citizen's handheld taw can scan chips, and facilitate okke for banking transactions involving it, a process which has largely replaced the use of physical cash in the Order for private transactions. They also passively scan the chips of people around you and store the chip IDs without your knowledge, which can be used both for public health contact tracing and and additional means to track the movement of people and make it more difficult to avoid being scanned.

Systems from the early days of the program used to detect unchipped people or people trying to shield their chips with metal have been maintained. If a scanning station detects a person with their cameras but cannot correlate the detection with a chip detection, it immediately alerts the authorities.

The information on a chip can be updated at a Prefecture office. This is not a highly unusual or suspicious thing to do. A lot of people still observe some kind of custom around name changes when they get married, which can be updated in the chip, and you can have the gender in your chip (options are male, female or not specified) updated just by making a declaration. People may also update their banking information, their personal identification number, (na Atuinys Tret na Ehún, or ATE), and preferences around okkes for certain actions.

There is a small fee associated with these services, but they are pretty accessible. It must be done in a Prefecture office, a fairly ubiquitous office where public services are delivered representing the NWO Prefect in a particular State or Protectorate. The updated information must be signed with an NWO private key. These changes do get added to your government files, but do not erase any historical information in government or other databases, so the government will still readily know your previous names or genders, for example.

Usage

The chips are very frequently passively scanned, including by private individuals' personal taws, and may be actively scanned as well (in the sense that the scanner is actively looking to scan that particular chip - in a technical sense, this technology is purely passive). People and businesses make all sorts of use of even the most basic information revealed by the chip, since it definitively allows you to distinguish one individual from another, keep information about them and know if you encounter them again.

Electronic locks, automatic doors and other types of access control systems typically just use the CE system, often with an okke. Access to public transportation in the Order generally doesn't use tickets, you book or pay with your chip number and passive scanning for your chip allows you to simply walk on and have your bank account debited per usage with a preauthorization if you didn't prepay.

Your taw needs to detect your chip, or the chip of anyone else authorised to use the device before it will unlock, and require an okke, like a fingerprint or ATE, verified directly on the chip, or some other tech like facial recognition in order to access the device, and may need further okke for certain actions like payments.

A terminal, including a taw, can verify someone else's okke on their chip to allow either party to handle a transaction, or can be handled via two taws authenticated with respective okkes.

Your chip is an integral part of how you live your day in the NWO, unless you're an impoverished rural person living in an extremely remote area with no interaction with technology. Otherwise, it is the main means by which you gain access to devices, access services, move freely about, or make payments. As much as I loathe this particular piece of New World Order technology, functioning without it was a major adjustment when I moved to Britain. I had never carried a wallet in my life, nor physical money. Looking after these things was just not a life skill that I had, and I still struggle to remember to bring things like tickets with me when I go places.

In all the fraught discussion about the horrifying power of CE, it's worth noting that any NWO citizen who can afford it carries a small, pocket-sized, internet-enabled mobile computer with them absolutely everywhere they go that is an actively powered device with OHH satellite navigation that is absolutely accessible at will by the government and is of course directly unlocked by and tied to your identity chip. The taw is arguably as bad or worse than the CE, but people too often accept it without thinking. With that said, it can still be said that na cip na ehún is not only central to day-to-day life in the Order, it has also become one of the central linchpins of the modern security state.

Defeating the System

There are many reasons why a person would want to avoid being tracked via their chip, or to be able to assume a false identity from the point of view of trackers. Everyone from political dissidents to terrorists (i.e., "trols"), all manner of political criminals from the point of view of the NWO, as well as more garden-variety criminals can have need to find ways around this system, and that can include relatively ordinary citizens whose activities take them into relatively grey areas. Taken together, this is quite a large number people.

On the purely economic front, circumventing the CE system takes a number of forms. People use barter and informal currencies based on barter to avoid traceable transactions using their chips. Also, some individuals of very specific means might employ illicit cryptocurrencies.

Aside from economic activities taking place outside the government's ability to track, whether for trade in illicit good or for tax evasion, sometimes people just don't want to be physically tracked. There are a number of different levels of tracking avoidance.

At the simplest level, people can simply avoid readers. For a person of minimal interest to the government, this can be as "simple" as avoiding readers in stores, and constricted areas in public spaces, such as entrances to public transportation, where the government tends to place readers for tracking. Avoiding the latter is particularly important, as these are usually coupled with cameras linked directly to NWO facial recognition databases. Because of the 1 m range (roughly 3 feet) of the readers under ideal conditions, they tend to be placed in areas where they are physically difficult to avoid.

However, if you are a person of greater interest, simply passing within 1 m of a person with a taw could be enough for that device to scan your chip and send an alert signal to the authorities, entirely without the taw's owner's knowledge. In that instance, you would almost have to hide out away from civilisation and/or people with enough money to afford taws to avoid being scanned, and even then, you would be one accident away from inadvertent detection.

The next level is the use of RFID blocking vests worn under one's clothes, Faraday cages made of metallic mesh or carbon fibre that block one's chip from being read. Such vests are expensive and somewhat difficult to come by, but they absolutely do exist, and any trol cell or criminal organisation worth its salt has some. Such a vest is called a "xilet," a word that comes from the Russian word for "vest."

The use of a xilet comes with some challenges. For instance, there are times such as making licit purchases or using public transportation that you need your chip scanned, and being unscannable in these circumstances can range from inconvenient to positively exposing. If you pass a government scanner with a camera and are recognised by the camera but not the scanner, the scanner will immediately alert the authorities, and you may get a sudden and nasty surprise before too long. And of course if your xilet is not well-made or if a scanner gets a good angle on you (since the xilet is not generally completely surrounding), you could still be inadvertently read, so it is generally not advisable to rely on such measures longer than necessary.

Nevertheless, xilets are a valuable tool for trols and criminals trying to move around undetected, and for kidnappers and human traffickers where the value of mark justifies the expense.

The next level from that is to use a xilet with a chip on its outer surface, ideally one with a false identity that avoids alarming the authorities, which will generally allow one to interact normally and pass undetected, or rather, incorrectly detected in an advantageous manner. Such a chip is incredibly difficult to obtain and incredibly valuable. The most common ways to obtain such a chip are identity theft (which is usually fatal to the victim, as the chip is literally carved out of their body, along with torturing them to force them to reveal their ATE and cutting off fingers to use in making false fingerprints in order to make the cip usable for okke, and it's generally advantageous if the victim does not survive the process), or obtaining a completely falsified chip from corrupt NWO officials.

Corruption is always the NWO's Achilles heel, and as much as the media and entertainment industry sensationalise identity theft, the corruption route is actually the preferred way to go in modern times. It is hard to get away with identity theft for long due to pattern-recognising AIs that analyze all movements detected in the CE system. If one's DNA signature is taken, of course, the jig is up, because that's essentially impossible to falsify. And, of course, if the original owner should ever be marked as deceased in the system, using their chip will result in instant exposure. Whereas, a completely falsified chip supported by falsified database entries can be much safer and more robust.

In terms of the economic use of a false CE, a stolen chip will have whatever bank balances the victim had, which creates a conundrum, because a chip stolen from a well-off person will have the authorities all over it. It is much easier to steal a chip from a poor person, who the police will care much less about and may not be investing much resources in finding, but then, of course, there isn't much money accessible via the chip and putting any significant amount of money in their account will raise an instant flag with the bank and hence with the authorities. Whereas, fully falsified chips are usually made in sophisticated operations that will link to corruptly-obtained bank accounts and are much more usable.

There is no way to know if your chip has been read, unless the reading triggers a request for an okke on some device, but a bit of homebrew electronics called as "hefolca," or "detector," is often rigged up by those concerned about the possibility of being scanned to give them some advance warning and reduce the authorities' advantage in this area. You place the hefolca unobtrusively on your person near your chip. A well-made hefolca should react to a scanning frequency as close to equivalently as possible to your chip and send you a hopefully discreet signal such as a vibration or tiny shock if it is likely you have been successfully scanned. These vary in quality, though, and can be both under-sensitive and over-sensitive. A good hefolca is a highly prized tool for those trying to avoid the authorities, because it can give you your only chance of escape.

Recommendations

If you are an adventurer from the Free States traveling in the Order, I would recommend submitting yourself for chipping as soon as you encounter NWO authorities, and avoiding criminal or trol activities beyond relatively minor things you see others getting away with routinely. The NWO authorities are under-resourced and stretched thin, and as much as they would like to be totalitarians, they simply don't have the wherewithal to accomplish it on a complete population level. Just doing what everyone else is doing to avoid triggering the authorities and going with the flow is going to be your easiest and safest option. You are at your safest blending in with the crowd, and trying to avoid being tracked is not blending, unfortunately.

At all costs avoid politics, and stay away from the police (think very carefully before going to them for protection). No one expects you to personally bring down the New World Order, and as long as you avoid the appearance of trying, you'll probably be fine. I'm saying this as someone who came to the attention of the authorities for political dissent and had to flee my home forever to save my life. I was very lucky to escape. It is certainly true that getting chipped will make it harder for you to get home, but it will help your odds of survival up to that point.
