The term 'xerax' is an Old Common word which seems jarring in the context of the original utopian concept of the language. It does appear in the screenshow, but only in the context of sex. In modern High Common, it is a general word for retribution, often with a sense of correcting a wrong, but does appear in contexts where it is metaphorically extended to a generic attack or destruction.
