Description:
The term 'kulap' is a general term for gonads. It is genenrally only used as a noun or modifier. It can equally apply to testcles or ovaries, but can be disambiguated with the modifiers lijy and cejy for female and male, respectively.
Kulap is an Old Common word. It is the technical word for gonads, as well as a popular term in its own right. There are borrowed technical terms for testicles and ovaries as well, and numerous slang terms, particularly for testicles.
Metaphorically, kulap is used as a root meaning audacious, assertive or 'ballsy'. Typically, the modifier form 'kulapys' would be used for this meaning, and the derived form 'kulapysyn' would apply to the concept of audaciousness. Kulap alone can be used for this sense, too.
