'Seni' is an irregular tight binding modifier, which means it is used to modify other modifiers. It does not have a loose binding counterpart and cannot be derived to form a loose binding counterpart. It is a member of the 'intensity set' of  tight binding modifiers, along with 'sino' ('a little, slightly') and 'faj' ('very'). It is the mediocritizing member of the set, and means 'somewhat' or 'middling'.
