Description:
The term 'kexlek' refers simply to horses, as in the animal. It doesn't really have a verbal sense other than as a pali verb meaning to be a horse.
In some Low Common dialects, 'kexlek' is used as a word for 'slave', especially a slave who performs hard labour, and this has filtered up to High Common, especially in some northern Asian dialects. This sense is not used in formal speech but is more common in informal speech.
