The term 'kikki' refers to conversation or discussion. 'Kikki' is not a native Old Common word and seems to have enteed Common some time during the early period and spread until it became a normal Common word, but the origin of the term is actually not known. It substantially displaced the native Common way to say 'discuss', which is the expression 're wero na zisse'.

Verb:

As a verb, 'kikki' is an intransitive pali verb that takes an absolutive subject. The subject can be two or more noun phrases joined with epis, which conveys the idea that these parties are conversing with each other. Alternatively, a single subject can be used, and one or more additional parties can be introduced periphrasitcally with ejók. This construction places more focus on the experience of the party that is the core argument. Finally, a single argument can be used with no periphrastic argument, and it conveys the idea that someone is socialising without naming another party.

Noun:

As a noun, 'kikk' means a conversation, discussion, or social gathering featuring discussion.

Modifier:

The modifier form 'kikkis' means 'garulous' or 'sociable'.
