Description:
The term 'onpa' is generally only used as a noun and means 'globe' or 'world'. It is also a word for balls in general, and the geometry term for sphere. Davidson is quoted as saying that he gave the advanced society in the Hillbillies screenshow a word for weorld rerived from the idea of roundness rather than the idea of land because it fit with his idea of them as an advanced society that takes scientific knowledge for granted.
Colloquially, it is also a common slang term for testicle.
A famous derivation from 'onpa' is 'Onpafisi' ['om.ba.vi.zi], from onpa and '-fisi', 'thought'. Onpafisi is the official ideology of the New World Order.
A word on this: at all costs, when traveling in New World Order controlled territory, avoid saying anything that could be construed as critical of Onpafisi. In English-speaking lands you might hear the derogatory term 'ombafeces', playing on the similarity in sound between 'fisi' and 'feces'. You might be tempted to think you're in good company and join in. Don't.
The New World Order is a sophisticated surveillance state. They are severely limited by resources, so they are not always listening - but they are enthusiastic about surveillance with the tools at their disposal, including time-honoured, low-tech options like being reported by someone overhearing what you are saying.
If you are suspected of harbouring oppositional beliefs, you may wind up being taken into police custody. True, in writing, you have certain rights when placed under arrest, and since the NWO considers all human on earth to be citizens, in theory you are a citizen and have rights even if you are British. In practice, however, only people who are wealthy or connected actually have rights in police custody. If you wind up in police custody, you are in great, great physical danger. The NWO security forces are notoriously brutal and operate as a power unto themselves. You should take every caution not to end up in custody.
Verb:
'Onpa' can also be used as a skurun verb for 'to make into a ball', in which case it takes an ergative baller and an absolutive ballee.
